These terms apply when you browse or order from iraicchi.com (the "website"), run by Iraicchi ("Iraicchi", "we", "us"), 67/135, Pillaiyar Koil Street, Jafferkhanpet, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600083. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, our refund & cancellation policy and our shipping & delivery policy.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the permission of a parent or guardian, and give us a working Indian mobile number and a correct address.
2. Menu, prices and taxes
- Prices on the website are in Indian Rupees and are the same as our Ashok Nagar counter prices.
- GST at 5% is added to the item total and shown before you pay.
- Delivery is charged at ₹100 per order within 4 km of our shop. Pickup is free.
- Fried chicken, wings, popcorn chicken, fish and prawn are sold in fixed portions by weight (for example 200 g or 100 g), weighed at the counter. Weights are for the cooked product and may vary slightly.
- Photos are for illustration. Garnish, packaging and serving size may look different.
- We may change prices or the menu at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Placing an order
Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and our kitchen accepts it. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the address is outside our delivery area, the shop is closed, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount as described in our refund policy.
4. Payment
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. Payment is subject to the terms of the payment gateway and your bank or payment app.
5. Delivery and pickup
Delivery times shown are estimates. Please be available at the address and phone number you gave us. See our shipping & delivery policy for details.
6. Food safety and allergens
Our kitchen handles wheat, egg, milk, soy, fish and shellfish, and our fryers are shared. Our house mayos are egg-based. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens. If you have an allergy, please call us before ordering. Food is made to be eaten fresh — please eat it soon after delivery.
7. Loyalty points
Orders may earn Iraicchi loyalty points, linked to your mobile number. Points can be redeemed on bills of ₹250 and above. Points have no cash value, and we may change or end the programme with notice on the website.
8. Your account and conduct
Please don't misuse the website, place fake orders or abuse our staff or riders. We may block orders from numbers or addresses linked to misuse.
9. Content
The Iraicchi name, logo, characters, photos and website content belong to Iraicchi. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as heavy rain, flooding, strikes or network outages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
